The base of our yogurt ice cream is liquid yogurt that we produce out of whole milk and lactobacilli and bifidobacteria. After six hours of fermentation, matured yogurt base is mixed with fresh berries and fruits to produce different flavors of yogurt ice cream. Little sour and low-fat yogurt ice cream will be a perfect choice for hot summer days.
